General Overview

Before placing any orders, please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions. By placing your orders with us, it means that you are comfortable with us and have agreed to the terms and conditions laid out clearly for you.

How To Order?

Ordering is easy. Just send us an email in the following format:

How To Make Payment?

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Please make payment within 3 DAYS from date of order confirmation.

When you have made your payment, please email us the following details for us to be able to track your payment:

·         Date of Transfer:

·         Time of Transfer:

·         Reference Number:

·         IB Nick (if internet banking is used):

Should you not follow the items listed above and if the payment is not found, your payment will not be recognised by us.  

Please note that if we do not receive payment by the stated date, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation of Orders

Once payment is being made, we do not allow any cancellation of any kinds of reasons. Should you insist on cancelling your order, any monies paid will be forfeited.

Waiting Time For Orders

Our closing date for pre – orders are set on 25^th of every month. We apologise that any orders received after the 25^th, will be placed in the next order.

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the arrival of your items. We will keep you informed of the status of your orders via email.

We sincerely ask for your patience. However, should you not be able to wait for your orders, we hope that you do not participate in our pre-order activity.

Please note that we have done our best to rush your orders and the long waiting time depends on the suppliers. We do not wish our customers unhappy over the long waiting time which is not within our control.

Our Prices

Please note that all our prices are fixed and would not entertain to any requests to give discounts. We will inform you in your order confirmation should there be discounts given.

Delivery Methods

We have three (3) delivery options for our customers to choose.

The first option would be to self collect at Bedok MRT Station on weekdays between 6pm – 9pm.

The second option would be for us to deliver to your preferred location at an additional cost of $10.00, payable upon delivery of goods. 

The third option would be for us to mail your order to you. However, due to different weights of the products, we would only be able to advise you on the cost of postage once we have packed your items.

Once your order has arrived and ready for dispatch, we will send you an email to select your preferred delivery option.
